If you wish to return your order, we offer a refund or an exchange if it is sent back in brand new, resaleable condition (including all tags, packaging and boxes) within 30 days. This includes the box and any other packaging, which are considered part of the product.
Please complete the returns form included with your order, stating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. If you require an exchange, please provide details on the returns form. This form must be returned with the item(s) you are returning.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (card, paypal, google pay or amazon pay). If you paid using Pay Later with Klarna, your refund will be reflected in your Klarna statement, and the balance owed will be cleared.
Any refund or exchange will be issued once we have received the goods, in the original condition. The refund will be for the full amount of your order, including delivery costs.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded, at your request. If an item has been worn and developed a fault, we may request images of the item to verify the fault before authorising your return request.
International returns must be posted back to us at your own expense, using the address above.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Sneaker Lab collects your information on behalf of Dee Dee Retail Limited, for use by Dee Dee Retail Limited.
